Poster Set-up and Presentation Schedule

Poster presentations will be available in the following formats:

Poster Board Allocation

  • Posters will be displayed at the Exhibition Area (G1-G6) on Level 1 .
  • Kindly ensure that you display your poster on the designated board corresponding to your assigned board number.
  • Presenters are REQUIRED to be positioned by their posters for discussion during the scheduled time in the table below.
  • All posters will be eligible for the Best Poster Presentation Awards and will be evaluated by a judging panel appointed by ASPIRE. Shortlisted presenters will be notified via email on Friday, 6 May, and Saturday, 8 May 2027. Please look out for our email.
  • The results of the Top 5 Best Poster Presentation Awards will be announced during the Congress Closing and Award Ceremony on Sunday, 9 May 2027. All shortlisted presenters are required to attend the ceremony in person.

* Posters from Group A which are not removed after 18:30 on Friday, 7 May 2027, and posters from Group B which are not removed after 12:00 on Sunday, 9 May 2027, will be disposed of.

Physical Poster Preparation – Technical Specifications

  • Poster Board Size: 0.99m (width) × 2.1m (height)
  • Orientation: Portrait
  • Poster Dimensions: Not exceeding 0.9m (width) × 1.2m (height)
  • Posters are preferred to be prepared on a single sheet.
  • Allocate the top of the poster for the Title and Authors as indicated on the submitted abstract.
  • Ensure that the font size, illustrations, etc., are sufficiently clear to be legible from a distance of two meters.
  • Double-sided tape will be provided in the poster area for affixing posters. The use of paste, glue, thumbtacks, or staples is strictly prohibited. Staff members will also be available in the poster area to assist you in locating your poster board. Authors are responsible for putting up their own posters.

Rapid-Fire Presentations (Selected Presenters Only)

This format provides selected authors with the opportunity to present key highlights of their research in a concise and engaging manner, allowing the audience to gain insights into a wider range of studies within a short time.

If you have been selected for this format, you will receive a separate notification. If you do not receive one, your presentation will follow the standard poster format.

Presentation Format

  • 3 minutes per presentation
  • No Q&A session
  • Maximum of 3 slides
  • Presentations must strictly adhere to the time limit. Presentations exceeding the allocated time may be stopped

Submission of Slides

  • Slides must be prepared in PowerPoint format (16:9)
  • Please submit your slides to the Congress Secretariat at abstract@aspire2027.com by 28 April
  • Onsite changes may not be permitted
